UK-CBT is a group of qualified psychotherapists who provide a professional psychotherapy service based on researched evidence, and ethical guidelines.

Our experienced therapists are based across Yorkshire, Teesside and the North East, and have a specific qualification in Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy and are Accredited by, and agree to adhere to the Guidelines for Good Practice of the BABCP (British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies). All therapists undertake regular clinical supervision and remain committed to maintaining and developing their skills and knowledge through professional training.

Treatment packages are created to offer clients an individual, efficient, respectful and helpful experience. All UK-CBT therapists engage with the principle of Compassion Focused Therapeutic Practice. Some therapists are also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing).

We remind potential clients that CBT is often available via your own GP service.
